Abstract
This article examines the specific aspects of nursing care for patients in an artificial coma, focusing on the professional role and responsibilities of nurses in the intensive care unit (ICU). It analyzes the peculiarities of patient care during a coma state, including monitoring vital functions, preventing complications, ensuring hygiene, and providing psychological support to the patient’s family. The study also presents practical recommendations to improve the quality and effectiveness of nursing care based on research findings and clinical practice.
