Abstract
A fundamental component of legal education and research, academic writing in legal studies offers a methodical framework for the interpretation and explanation of intricate legal ideas. The basic ideas that underpin good legal writing are examined in this article, with a focus on argumentation, coherence, clarity, and appropriate citation techniques. It looks at how academic writing in the legal field differs from other academic fields, emphasizing the value of accuracy, reasoned argumentation, and conformity to professional norms. The article's goal is to help students, researchers, and legal professionals produce excellent scholarly work that satisfies academic and professional standards by providing key concepts and useful tactics.
